About University of Ulster

Ulster University (UU) is a young, vibrant, and forward-thinking institution based in Northern Ireland. Its home to four campuses in Belfast, Coleraine, Newtonabbey, and Derry/Londonderry, all of which offer their own unique character and traditions but each maintain the UU standard of academic excellence. It’s a large and modern institution with over 25,000 students and 3,000 staff. The campuses combine to offer over 500 undergraduate and postgraduate courses in almost any subject you can think of.

Recent investment in the Belfast and Jordanstown campuses have created dynamic teaching and learning environments which include modern classrooms, industry-standard labs, and athletic venues; along with award winning student accommodation.

Ulster’s Student Union is a vibrant hub of social activity and events. It oversees the running of the University’s various student clubs and 65 sports teams, as well as organizing volunteering projects in the local community.
